Our services include consultation, attestation, legalization, and apostille support for personal, educational, and commercial documents, provided through email, phone, or physical coordination as applicable.
2. Scope of Services
- Consultation Services: We offer paid email and phone consultations to explain attestation, legalization, and apostille procedures. These sessions provide guidance only and do not include physical processing unless separately contracted.
- Document Processing Services: Full attestation, legalization, or apostille services are available upon request and subject to additional fees, timelines, and embassy requirements.
- Service Mode: All consultations are conducted remotely via email or phone, while document handling may involve courier or direct submission depending on the service type.
3. Payments and Pricing
- All consultation fees are fixed and displayed on our website (USD 15 for email consultation, USD 30 for phone consultation).
- Payments must be completed online before the consultation begins.
- For full attestation or legalization services, customized quotations will be provided separately based on document type, quantity, and destination country.
- docsLegi™ reserves the right to adjust pricing or service fees without prior notice.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Once a payment is made for a consultation, it is non-refundable, as experts allocate time and resources immediately after receiving your request.
- In cases where a consultation cannot be completed due to technical or scheduling issues, docsLegi™ will either reschedule or issue a partial refund at its discretion.
- Refunds for document processing services (if applicable) are handled as per individual service agreements.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and legible copies of their documents.
- docsLegi™ will not be responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- All communication, including documents and correspondence, must be sent via the official email address provided after order confirmation.
6. Confidentiality
- All documents and client data are treated as strictly confidential.
- docsLegi™ ensures that information shared by clients is not disclosed to any third party except for authorized government or embassy bodies required for the completion of services.
- Our translators, consultants, and partner agencies are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- docsLegi™ provides guidance based on current embassy and government requirements; however, these regulations may change without prior notice.
- The company will not be liable for any losses, delays, or rejections resulting from policy changes, embassy decisions, courier delays, or force majeure events.
- Our consultation is intended for informational and procedural support only — not legal advice.
8. Communication Policy
- Clients are required to communicate through official channels only (email or verified contact numbers).
- Phone consultations are limited to 10 minutes per session unless additional time is booked.
- Email consultations will be delivered within 24 hours after receiving all required documents and payment confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, brand names, logos, and materials under docsLegi™ and Flyrich Sworn Translation (Pvt) Ltd are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- No part of this website or its materials may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
