Steps and Process
- The client needs to send us the original scanned copies via email (flyrich.sinhala@flyrichsworntranslation.org)
- After reviewing the documents we will send a quotation/ estimate to that particular client via email as well. The quotation should include the cost, payment term and timeline of the project.
- If the client gives us a green light to go forward with the project, we will confirm the task at our end once we verify the advance payment (and the client should submit the credit advice/ deposit or fund transfer slip indeed).
- The final translation(s) [hard copies] could be delivered to the client by the deadline (Client who can visit and collect the translations at our office is located in Dehiwela and/or we can send the documents by speed/ registered post or translations could be delivered by a courier service / delivery service (the client should pay the delivery fee).
