Flyrich Sworn Translation (Private) Limited provides professional linguistic solutions, including translation, interpretation, and language-related services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope
Our services include, but are not limited to, document translation, on-site and remote interpretation, and language consultation. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be clearly stated in the respective service agreement or quotation.
2. Confidentiality
We uphold strict confidentiality in handling all client information and documents. All our translators, interpreters, and staff members are bound by legally enforceable non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure complete data protection.
3. Accuracy and Quality
We are committed to delivering high-quality and accurate linguistic services. However, Flyrich Sworn Translation shall not be held liable for any unintended errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in the final deliverables. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final work before official use or submission.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or overdue payments may be subject to additional administrative or interest charges. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed currency and method.
5. Liability
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered. Flyrich Sworn Translation shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
Cancellation Policy
Translation Services
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued once the translation process has commenced.
Interpretation Services
- Cancellations made at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 working days of the service date will be charged 75% of the service fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full service fee.
Refund Policy
Translation Services
Refunds will only be considered if the delivered translation is found to be significantly inaccurate or not delivered as per the agreed timeline. All refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.
Interpretation Services
Refunds for interpretation services are not generally provided unless Flyrich Sworn Translation fails to deliver the service as agreed. Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the scheduled service date for review.
