Flyrich Sworn Translation provides professional linguistic solutions, including translation and interpretation services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Scope: Our services include but are not limited to document translation, on-site and remote interpretation, and language consultation. The specific details of each service will be outlined in the service agreement.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. All translators and interpreters are bound by non-disclosure agreements.
Accuracy and Quality: We strive for the highest accuracy and quality in all our services. However, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the final deliverables. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the work.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Cancellation Policy
Translation Services: Cancellations must be made within 02 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations made after 02 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee and no refund.
Interpretation Services: Cancellations must be made at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled service for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 07 working days of the service will be charged 75% of the service fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full service fee.
Refund Policy
Translation Services: Refunds for translation services are only issued if the work is found to be significantly inaccurate or not delivered as per the agreed timeline. Refund requests must be made within 02 days of delivery.
Interpretation Services: Refunds for interpretation services are not typically issued unless there is a failure on our part to provide the service as agreed. Any refund requests must be submitted within 02 days of the scheduled service date.
