The 04-Step Process to obtain the document(s) Attestation service at docsLegiTM
Step-01
The client (company) is able to send us a request at docslegi@flyrichsworntranslation.org (or) attestation@flyrichsworntranslation.org to get the official quotation for the service at our end.
The client ought to send us the scanned document which needs to be attested at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the particular Embassy, in Sri Lanka.
Also, the client must ensure the originality of the documents before sending us it.
Step-02
docsLegiTM Team will review the document(s) and deliver a quotation to the client shortly once we obtain the request at our end.
The rate may vary depending on the documents, turnaround time, shipping fee and Embassy. Hope our quotes should ensure the quality of the service and solutions. We warmly welcome the direct clients to get the best rate on our end.
Step-03
We will initiate the process once the client confirms the order. Here the client should settle us the advance payment according to our payment terms and the necessary and required original documents should be dispatched to us by the client via any shipping partners.
Step-04
The attested and legalized documents (hard copies) will be shipped to the client via DHL while the soft copies are able to email to the client to ensure the service indeed. The client can track their documents using given tracking number at DHL website.
